FASHION: Stepping out in style

The month of fashion is upon us.  

From fashion shows to fashion week.  There's a lot of excitement buzzing around not only in NYC, but even here in Raleigh. 

September is also a month of transition.  The lazy days of summer still linger, but the crisp air that comes with fall is felt too. 

Here's a look at a dress I decided to wear this past Sunday just before at hosting at the African American Cultural Festival in downtown Raleigh.  

As you can see, I'm not quite ready to give up on summer.
