TRAVEL: Sunny South Florida

Memorial Day weekend is known as the "unofficial" start of summer, but after my recent trip to Sunny South Florida, I feel like summer is officially upon us.

Raleigh weather has been unpredictable and rainy, so it was nice to get some guaranteed warm weather  in West Palm Beach and soak up a few rays while I was there. 

Many of you know that I'm from Florida, so my frequent trips are filled with family and friends. 

This trip was to celebrate my little sister's graduation.  She's so cute. 

However, as always - I have to add my favorite places to the post... Just in case you find yourself vacationing there too!

PGA National: great pool, great spa ... book a massage and relax!

Panana Hattie's is a family tradition.  We've been dining here for years.  The view is just as great as the view!

Hop on a trolley in Downtown WPB!  It's fun, free, and one of my favorite pastimes.

The ice cream at Sloan's is unbeatable.  Going is always a fun experience.
