TRAVEL: bouncing around Baltimore

I've been going to Baltimore for decades.

That's why I was delighted when my grandmother, sister, and I were able to bounce around Baltimore one afternoon during my extended weekend stay.

I love my family!

The city was alive and thriving.

There was live music and dozens of boats lining the shore.  It was nice to be back in the heart of the downtown district, soaking up one of Baltimore city's most prized charms. 

Almost every year since I was young my family would always pack our suitcases and visit our relatives in the city.  

Sometimes our trip would be for a few days, sometimes it would be for weeks at a time!

I got to know Baltimore city quite well when my Grandparents lived closer to downtown, but since moving to the city's surrounding counties, our day trips to the Inner Harbor have been much less frequent.

Returning to the marina brought back so many great memories.  I'm glad we went.
