MUSIC: washed out at cat's cradle

Good times ensued at Cat's Cradle in Carrboro Monday night.

We had the chance to see Washed Out as they made their way through town for the first stop of their tour.

It was fun checking out Cat's Cradle after hearing so much about it.  Afterwards we stayed in the area, indulging in Chapel Hill's nightlife for a bit.  

SO many cute stores and restaurants.  

I wouldn't mind going back! 

Lately I've found the concerts I attend serve as an introduction to new music.  (see: Driftwood)  

I walk in not knowing too much about the band, and walk out listening to their songs for days on end. 

My favorite song they played was: Amor Fati.

It's great to listen to if you're in the mood to relax or winding down for the night.
