HEALTH: the foolish games (are over)

Happy April Fool's Day!  

While everyone is playing jokes and pranks on one another.  I've decided the foolish games are over.

For the past couple months I've been on a health hiatus.  No gym and free reign of the snack bin. 
 
Let me tell you, it's been a blast!  There's SO many other things you can do with your day beside hiking to the gym for a workout. 

However, with all that being said - the foolish games are over.  This month I am starting a personal challenge.

I'm going to do some sort of exercise everyday and incorporate health(ier) eating habits into my diet.  I also plan on honing in on hydration (ie: drinking AT LEAST 32 ounces a day)
